Katie Hummel Hayes
I specialize in helping both young individuals and parents navigate today's challenges. With over 15 years of nursing experience, I prioritize mental wellness, employing a strengths-based, person-centered approach. Using various techniques like CBT, DBT, ACT, and play therapy, I aim to empower clients to discover their strengths in a safe, non-judgmental space. Whether it's counseling for personal growth or addiction treatment, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Utilizing CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, play therapy, and person-centered approaches I can help with whatever goals you are trying to achieve. In addition to being trained in clinical mental health counseling I have also focused on addictions treatment which can be applied in many different aspects.

Deciding to utilize counseling is the hardest part. My goal is to put you at ease and walk you through every step, meet you where you are, and provide a non-judgmental space. I can be reached by phone, text, or email to arrange a free 15 minute consultation to answer any questions you may have.
